About Micro-RDC                                                               

From its beginning in 2005, the Microelectronics Research Development Corporation (Micro-RDC) has consistently delivered innovative Design and Engineering Services support of advanced microelectronics solutions to federal government customers. Today, Micro-RDC has grown to become one of the U.S. government’s leading providers of radiation hardened by design microelectronics supporting the United States Department of Defense, Intelligence, and Aerospace Communities; and other federal government agencies. Our expertise covers radiation effects research  and integrated circuit designs.  Micro-RDC is considered a leader in Structured Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) design.  Additionally, Micro-RDC also provides software development, information technology, and systems integration and engineering design/support services. 

Whether we are providing design and development of plug-and-play and responsive space components or assisting the Air Force Research Labs in realizing affordable ways to build and deliver radiation hardened electronics that can operate reliably in space and interceptor environments, Micro-RDC is committed to helping our customers accomplish their critical national security missions. We support the advanced technologies that will be used in the next generation homeland defense missile programs.  

Micro-RDC is made up of scientists and engineers headquartered in Colorado with offices in New Mexico and Oregon.  Our uniquely skilled employees have over 100 years of physics and engineering experience with backgrounds in design  and mitigation of radiation effects on transistors, circuits, and systems.   Our personnel have commercial and military backgrounds and possess U.S. Security Clearances.  It is this combination of unique skills, resources, and facilities that allow us to address our customer’s key technology priorities and most pressing design and engineering needs.  These capabilities, along with our comprehensive knowledge of our customers’ missions, enable Micro-RDC to build and maintain long-standing relationships with our customers.
